  • Did Missouri’s Lack of Daubert Standard Result in Massive Jury Verdicts?: ILR Executive Vice President Harold Kim makes the case that Missouri’s lax expert evidence standards contributed to huge jury verdicts against Johnson & Johnson and Monsanto. Missouri lacks the Daubert Standard, which institutes “some pretty exacting standards, so as not to get junk science before jurors,” said Kim. (National Law Journal)
