WSJ Editorial Calls For Sunshine On Special Interest-Funded Attorneys: “Why the secrecy?,” asks The Wall Street Journal editorial board in a piece on the New York Attorney General’s reluctance to produce information on the use of privately funded special assistant attorneys general in environment-related litigation. Previous reporting found that these attorneys are being compensated by NYU Law School’s State Energy and Environmental Impact Center, not the state. (Wall Street Journal)
