Argentine Court Rejects Attempt to Enforce Ecuadorian Judgment Against Chevron: The Argentine Chamber of Appeals rejected the latest attempt to enforce an Ecuadorian judgment against Chevron. Courts in the United States, Canada, and Brazil have also rejected attempts to enforce the judgment, which one U.S. judge said was “procured by fraud.” (Business Wire)

Impeachment Proceedings Against West Virginia Supreme Court Justice to Resume This Week: The West Virginia House of Delegates will resume work on impeachment proceedings against Supreme Court Justice Allen Loughry, who was indicted on 22 federal charges including wire and mail fraud, witness tampering, and lying to federal investigators.
