SAFE TO WORK Act Includes Liability Protection For Businesses: Yesterday, Senate Republicans introduced liability protections – the SAFE TO WORK Act – as part of their coronavirus relief package. The bill includes liability protections for businesses and schools in the event of lawsuits due to coronavirus exposure, according to a report in Bloomberg Law.
