Pennsylvania Bill Would Return Asbestos Injury Claims to the State’s Workers’ Compensation System: A bill in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives would return asbestos-related injury claims exclusively underneath the state’s Workers’ Compensation program. The bill comes in response to a 2014 state supreme court ruling that led to an increase in the number of asbestos-related lawsuits in the state’s courts. (Pennsylvania Record)
