British Petroleum PLC is being faced with yet more litigation, this time from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), whose regulatory purview is generally limited to the U.S. BP denies the allegations and says FERC lacks jurisdiction in the matter. (Wall Street Journal)
