The Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority in the U.K. jointly announced new rules that will make individual bankers accountable for wrongdoing occurring under their purview. (Wall Street Journal)

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies Inc. is facing a class action lawsuit over alleged mislabeling on its Bedtime Products. The lead plaintiff says the products did not help her baby sleep better as the labeling says they are clinically proven to do. (Cook County Record)
