DOJ Races to Finalize “Settlements Worth Around $20 Billion”: As the Obama administration prepares to leave office the Department of Justice rushed to complete a “raft of investigations of big business.” The administration reached “settlements worth around $20 billion in the past week” which is “unusually high.” (The Wall Street Journal)
