“The New Class Action Frontier Under Illinois Privacy Law”: Four attorneys with the Ropes and Gray law firm walks through the current litigation landscape surrounding the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. According to their research, the number of class actions brought under the law in 2019 was more than three times as many in 2018.
