Fla. Voters Want to Reform AOB System, Fla. Chamber Poll Finds: A Florida Chamber of Commerce poll found that 85 percent of Florida voters do not think contractors should have the right to sue an insurance company in a consumer’s name without that consumer’s knowledge.
