WSJ Calls CFPB “Lawless and Unprofessional”: In an opinion-piece the Wall Street Journal writes that the CFPB deserves “a dose of political accountability.” The first step is to replace Mr. Cordray “for a menu of reasons,” according to the article. The WSJ goes on to say that ideally the bureau should be moved under the Treasury if it can’t be abolished. (Wall Street Journal)
