The Louisiana Supreme Court overturned a $258 million verdict against Janssen Pharmaceutical. The suit was brought by the former Attorney General under the state’s version of the False Claims Act over the prescription drug Risperdal. Louisiana Record

Chevron is asking the Delaware Supreme Court to approve a bylaw that would make Delaware the only forum for shareholder litigation against the company. The state chancery court previously upheld the bylaw. Law 360
