The Wall Street Journal editorial board opines on Chevron’s settlement with “tort mercenary” James Russell DeLeon, who had “invested some $23 million to finance left-wing activist Steven Donziger in his Captain Ahab pursuit of Chevron.” The Journal describes this as the latest “fallout” from what is “arguably the greatest legal fraud in history.” (Wall Street Journal)
