What the SEC May Look Like Under President-elect Trump: Reuter’s Alison Frankel analyses “how the Trump administration’s Securities and Exchange Commission will approach enforcement of the securities laws.” Frankel argues that the president-elect’s website echoes language used in Representative Jeb Hensarling’s proposed Financial Choice Act on Dodd-Frank and financial reform.
