Pershing, Valeant Agree To $290M Deal Ending Allergan Suits: A hedge fund group and a pharmaceutical company will pay $290 million dollars to settle two investor suits in a California federal court. The settlement, which must be approved, would “rank among the largest shareholder class action settlements” of 2017. (Law360)
