SEC Whistleblower Program Reaches $130 Million Mark By End of 2016: Five years after the creation of the whistleblower program under the Dodd-Frank financial reform law, the SEC has awarded more than $136 million in whistleblower bounties. With the most recent award distributed just this month the program has now issued bounties to 37 whistleblowers. (The National Law Journal
