State AGs Denounce $87.7M Fee Request In Apple’s Throttling Settlement: The $87.7 million in attorney fees proposed in a class action settlement over Apple iPhones is now facing criticism from attorneys general from a dozen states for what they called a “wildly excessive” fee request, according to a report in Law.com. Supporting the filing were attorneys general in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, Oklahoma and Utah.
