A judge in London has ordered Excalibur to pay an additional $9 million to two companies it sued, bringing its total potential payout under Britain’s loser pays rule to $36 million. Additionally, the judge ruled that the defendants can go after Excalibur’s third party funders if the company doesn’t pay up. American Lawyer
