“Lawsuits Against Cheese and Ginger Ale Highlight List of Ridiculous Court Cases”: The Washington Examiner’s coverage of the U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform’s (ILR) Top 10 Most Ridiculous Lawsuits of 2018 list suggested those types of lawsuits “creat[e] a bad climate for business” that may contribute to an expensive lawsuit system.
