  • German Court Allows Investor Lawsuits Against Volkswagen to Proceed: A German court ruled that it will allow a collective complaint by investors seeking up to $4.4 billion in damages from Volkswagen over alleged losses when the auto maker’s shares plunged after the announcement of emissions cheating allegations. Volkswagen already agreed to a $15 billion settlement with U.S. federal and state regulators and customers. (Wall Street Journal
