Law Firm, Lawsuit Lender Spat Headed to Mediation: A Texas appellate court has ordered a Houston-based law firm and a lawsuit lender to mediation to settle a $4 million dispute in which the lender is accusing the firm of not paying the full amount agreed to in the lending deal. (Texas Lawyer)
