A divided Alabama Supreme Court has ruled in Wyeth Inc. v. Weeks that brand-name drug makers may be held liable for injuries allegedly caused by generic products that they did not manufacture. The Alabama Supreme Court is the only appellate court in the country to uphold such a ruling. (Law.com)
