ILR Files Comments with Australian Law Review Commission: The U.S. Chamber Institute for Legal Reform filed comments to the Australian Law Review Commission to ensure that the costs of class actions are “appropriate and proportionate and that the interests of plaintiffs and class members are protected.”  The comments also touch on third party litigation funding. “DOJ Expands Efforts To Encourage FCPA Self-Reporting”: Attorneys from Goodwin Procter LLP examined the changing enforcement policies from the U.S. Department of Justice that incentivize self-reporting of Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations. (Law360)
