Maxwell House Coffee Is Facing Another Lawsuit Over How Much Coffee Their Cans Make: The Kraft Heinz Company was hit with a second class action connected to claims that its Maxwell House coffee products falsely advertise how many cups of coffee they can make, according to a report in the Pennsylvania Record. Recently both Kroger and Folgers were hit with similar proposed class action suits alleging that cans of their coffee don’t contain enough grounds to render the number of servings advertised on the packaging.
