“London’s Largest Divorce” Offers New Questions About Litigation Funding: A $490 million yacht involved in divorce proceedings in London asks new questions about Burford Capital’s accounting practices in the wake of a short seller’s accusations last week. Muddy Waters, the short seller who accused Burford of misleading investors, said it is “absurd” to recognize the impoundment of a yacht in the middle of a complex case in the company’s accounting.
