Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) yesterday sent letters to six financial regulators saying she is “troubled” that banks and financial firms may use a new instant-messaging service — Symphony Communications Services LLC — to “skirt regulatory and legal requirements” and “escape enforcement action by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.” (Wall Street Journal)
