The Continuing Case for Securities Litigation Reform: As the number of securities class action lawsuit filings remains at historically high levels, there have been renewed calls for reform, according to a report in D&O Diary. A paper from ILR published on March 25, 2020 details how the “broken securities class action system continues out of control,” and that the need for securities litigation reform remains urgent.
