Class action says potato chip bags should make obvious there are artificial flavors: A woman has filed a class action against Frito-Lay, alleging the labels on its cheddar and sour cream Ruffles products do not clearly state they contain artificial flavoring.  The plaintiff alleges that Frito-Lay is misleading consumers as a result. For Insurers, Coronavirus Is a Curious Catastrophe: Business insurers are calling potential losses from Covid-19 “catastrophe.” So far, Chubb reported a $13 million negative direct effect from Covid-19 in the first quarter, and Travelers reported an $86 million hit. How much more is to come, however, remains unknown. (The Wall Street Journal)
