Supreme Court Justices yesterday appeared less than convinced of the constitutionality of a federal program forcing raisin farmers to give the government a portion of their crops. The Horne family of raisingrowers from Central California is suing the government claiming the forced confiscation of a portion of their crop amounts to an unconstitutional taking. The case is also the subject of a Faces of Lawsuit Abuse video. (Wall Street Journal)

Deutsche Bank is set to settle accusations of interest rate manipulation via a $2.5 billion penalty to United States and British authorities. (New York Times)
