Bank of Internet Says “Copy-Cat” Securities Lawsuit Warrants Sanctions: The Bank of Internet’s parent company said a securities lawsuit filed after a government investigation was announced should be tossed since it’s so similar to another recently-dismissed lawsuit. The company said the “copy-cat securities class action” is the “kind of frivolous securities litigation” that Congress has tried to root out. (Law360)
