The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will hear a bellwether class certification challenge in a moldy washer class action against home appliances company Electrolux. The decision could prompt a weigh-in by the Supreme Court if it splits from recent decisions in similar litigation in other circuits. (Reuters)
