Lawyers Drafted a Class Action and Asked for Millions – All Before Finding a Client, Defendant Says: During an August 4th deposition in a proposed class action against Snow Teeth Whitening, the producers of a popular teeth whitening system, named class representative Burton Kraus admitted that he only purchased the tooth whitening system after his lawyers – one of whom has been his friend for decades – had drafted the complaint against Snow and sent the company a demand letter. Further, Kraus was asked several times during his deposition whether he relied on alleged advertising misrepresentations identified in the complaint when purchasing the product, and he refused to answer those questions.
