ILR Releases Inaugural Research Review

ILR’s research plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s mission to advocate for meaningful and effective solutions to curb lawsuit abuse. To further enhance the key findings and policy recommendations from ILR’s recent reports, we have released the inaugural issue of the ILR Research Review.

The Review offers valuable insights from ILR’s preeminent experts and specialists on key topics addressed in the latest of ILR’s innovative advocacy and economic papers. In the inaugural issue, ILR:

  • Examines recent findings on the impact of securities class action litigation and the real costs imposed on consumers,
  • Shares best practices for state unclaimed property administrators when engaging private firms who conduct audits on behalf of the state, and
  • Addresses the need for reforms to the federal class action regime model in Australia.
