Idaho Governor Signs COVID Liability Protections Into Law
On Friday, Idaho Gov. Brad Little signed a bill providing liability protections from COVID related lawsuits for school districts, colleges, universities, churches and businesses according to a report in KPVI.
The was passed earlier in the week by legislators during a special session. Under the bill, school districts, college or university would have protections from civil liability for damages or injury resulting from exposure to coronavirus. The bill would also grant protections to business, churches, cities and counties.
