DoJ to ‘Force’ Banks to Plead Guilty

The Wall Street Journal reports that the U.S. Department of Justice “plans to try and force four major banks to plead guilty to criminal antitrust charges” as part of an investigation into foreign-currency market practices. Some of the bank executives told the Journal that they may have to plead guilty simply to “resolve” the investigations by DoJ.
