Coronavirus Litigation Against Nursing Homes Takes Off in Tennessee

Lawyers in Tennessee are already running commercials targeting nursing homes for coronavirus lawsuits, an effort that Tennessee’s Health Care Association (THCA) calls “simply wrong,” according to a report in Legal Newsline. 

“We find it troubling that in the middle of a pandemic, caregivers in nursing homes and assisted living communities must worry about being sued while other health care providers are hailed as heroes,” said Jesse Samples, executive director of THCA.
