Bad for Your Health: Lawsuit Advertising Implications and Solutions

Millions joined a lawsuit against ‘free cruise’ spam callers. Then came the bad news: Though consumers who received “free cruise” robocalls were told they could recover $300 per call up to $900, a review of the claims so far found that the expected payment per person is down to $6.25. Securities Litigation Spending To Increase In 2018: A report from BTI Consulting Group projects that the market for securities litigation will grow 5.8 percent to nearly $6 billion over the next year. BTI’s report also found that corporate legal spending on outside counsel will grow almost $2 billion. (Law360)
